  • Plain Jane vanilla pancake mix 200g

  • One whole egg 

  • Egg whites 150g

  • Coconut sugar 35g

  • Cashew unsweetened milk 80g

  • Enjoy life chocolate chips 65g

  • Teaspoon vanilla 

  • Himalayan salt /a dash

  • A dash of water to get the consistency just perfect

  • Liquid Stevia a dash 

Whip together/ grease skillet and enjoy
