My signature training protocol, nutrition & mindset 16 week program focuses on building lean muscle mass, burning fat, and addressing a woman's symmetry with specific aesthetic exercises, along with empowering your thinking. Cardio & conditioning sessions are woven into your daily workouts, so don't worry about doing MORE cardio! The program is balanced and fully online

During this 16-week program, the goal is to master your exercise form, progressively overload exercises and  provide the body by increasing the load(s) lifted with each set, which will drive stimuli to each muscle group to promote muscle growth, fat loss & metabolic health. Also, I help women who are having a difficult overcoming adversity in their  lives, especially issues related to their body image and fitness journey. Women may be tired of their weight-loss pursuits, chronic dieting, self-sabotage, stress cycles, and women who are struggling with anxiety in relation to their relationship to body, health, fitness, food, body image, over-exercising, emotional issues & themselves.

I teach an empowered holistic approach to thriving in life… This is where I encourage body acceptance, help build guilt-shame resilience, foster self-compassion, unpack trauma and teach women how to manage their thoughts, emotions & behaviours through new skills and exercise/fitness.

I bring over 35 years of integrative experience in fitness, health, nutrition, and mindset coaching, combined with 19+ years of clinical practice in counselling psychology. My specialty areas include anxiety and panic disorders, fitness anxiety, weight loss, disordered eating and binge eating recovery, compulsive over‑exercising, self‑esteem and body‑image concerns, trauma, post‑achievement challenges faced by female competitors, and women’s empowerment coaching. I love this work. I know firsthand what it feels like to intensely dislike your body, to cycle through diets, to self‑sabotage, to ruminate with negative thoughts and to wake up feeling worse. After decades of personal healing and professional experimentation with diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence‑informed fitness protocols, I offer a non-traditional path — a practical, compassionate, and sustainable approach to finding freedom in your body and mind.
