These areas include: Fitness, Wellness, Medical Health, Holistic Nutritional, Anti-Cancer Care & Recovery, Eating Psychology & Counselling Psychology, Trauma, Grief, Somatic Practices, Mindfulness, Movement, Recall Healing and Lifestyle.

In the process of achieving your goals, resiliency and positively overcoming any adversity, I can help you move beyond the adaptation phase into a thriving phase; whereby, you will be able to find new meaning in your life and a new sense of reality with higher functioning and a renewed purpose, both physically and emotionally.

I emphasize our innate capacity to all be a “self-healers” In my practice, there is a strong emphasis on thought management, self-care and habits to encourage a mind & body transformation.

During our journey together, we will explore: a combination of exercise/ movement, holistic nutritional/ Nutrivore eating philosophy, cognitive restructuring of thoughts, exploring emotions, unlearning bad habits, accepting feelings, journaling, meditations, self-care tasks, acknowledging skills, values & abilities, and learning that we can choose what we want to learn to help our own wellness, performance, recovery, and aesthetics goals.
