Body Image Recovery Program: 4 Weeks C. Psych Coaching
We address the clinical treatment of negative body image and its’ effects in your life and with your relationships with exercise, food, your body and yourself.
Within the 4 weeks together, we will meet weekly, (virtually), providing you Brief Solution-based, Body Acceptance, Body Neutrality & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focused sessions to help you build new awareness, skills and resiliency in this area of your life. The goal is to stop self-sabotaging & have positive body-neutral goals without compromising your mental health.
