What past students have said….
I completed reading Female Fitness & Food Freedom (TF4). Thank you for composing some of the best content I was able to easily read, become more informed and identify for myself so I can shift from personal power to metabolic power and uplift others into the same. I appreciate the process of re-learning new patterns (re-parenting yourself) and to see it as an act of self-discovery and experimentation as I learn.
A master taught me through my martial arts studies that, 'we teach what we need to learn the most.' Thank you for sharing your personal journey and re-iterating the importance of where we focus our attention regarding food and exercise. I understand that our thoughts (cognitive thoughts) live in our nervous system and in our intelligent cells and that the body tends to overreact to stimuli with anything that overwhelms our ability.
I so loved the mindset work you emphasized in the material, being aware of bodily sensations and using all 5 senses when you eat. I understand that training your brain requires getting clear on what's happening in your head and how it affects the rest of your functioning. I love the principle of gaining health by slowing down (eating slowly.) I love preparing my food just as much as I love to savour my food as I mindfully count 25 chews before it goes down. I visualize my body as a fine tune machine.I like shifting into a relaxed state of mind because I understand when my mind is at ease I have full digestive and physical power. I especially love and appreciate the Personal Eaters Agreement in Module 4. I recognize I have a healthy relationship with food and eating is a fundamental act of love, respect, nourishment and a true celebration of being human.
Tania, you are a wonderful, beautiful and extraordinary woman and I value your heart and mind and everything you do for yourself and for others. There is so much love here for you. You embody love!
Thank you so much
Anna
What past students have said….
“I just wanted to say that this is much harder than I thought it would be. My family has struggled with different psychological challenges and learning disabilities since my oldest was 3 yrs old, she is now 16th says old. Over the past 2 years my middle child (now 12 yrs) has been struggling with severe anxiety disorder. We FINALLY got to see a psychiatrist who kept asking me if I was ok. I thought, “ come in, I have been doing this for 13 years with really no help from any of the specialists we have seen. I got this” Then she emphasized that my daughter get CBT therapy, something that was recommended for my oldest but we could never get into a program. I saw this TF4 Program and thought, “ I will do this at the same time that my kids are getting help to show them there is nothing to be ashamed of.” Wow, a whole month of working with this program and it is really tough. Sometimes it feels as though you have been following me my whole life and are now helping me get on the right track. Dealing with my challenges is not easy and it is giving me a better perspective as to what my kids are going through. So, I guess what I am trying to say is thank you. I thought this was going to be easy CEC Program, but it has become MUCH more than that.” Patricia R January 2022

“I just wanted to let you know that with transitioning back to work, I've been doing a lot of reflection over the past two weeks. I think you've helped me make a lot of progress and helped me to take a lot of unimportant things off my plate. With your help, guidance and support, you've given me permission to dig deeper into my inner child and how it affects my life today. You've been a huge part of the shift in mindset. I realize how much mental space was consumed with negativity, constant self doubt and criticism and sooo much of my mental energy put into tracking, planning, berating, etc. I knew it was a little off balance but had no sense of how much. My mindset, relationships and approach to work and life responsibilities have improved. I feel freer and better balanced. I actually can't believe how much I was able to enjoy the past few months - to enjoy food, time with friends and family and activity with little to no guilt. I feel closer to my husband, children and even some friends. Life doesn't seem as challenging or uphill.” Jenn
