🤬WTF-What the f@ck .... Why are my thoughts spiralling out of control? And how can I make them stop?

This is a question I get multiple times per day! So here is my answer…

The negative thought crisis comes from being so preoccupied with preventing negative/bad things from happening in our lives that we forget to LIVE...

The consequence of "stressing/worrying"is the promise of disease causing chemicals and down regulating the immune system and a life you don't want...

Thoughts directly impact our bodies, and nothing happens in the body without happening in the first. Negative thoughts become images in the brain and those images translate into physiology in the body. So whether you are having a difficult losing weight, healing dis-ease, regulating your emotions, finding a happy relationship etc… Evaluate your thoughts and come to realize that YOU are creating your own reality. Your body will follow the instructions that you are giving it via your thinking.

SO...WTF-What's The Focus?

1-You have to become so obsessed with controlling every thought, that as soon as a negative thoughts pops in to your head, you do something positive to interrupt the firing pattern in the brain. For example; incorporate a pattern interruption by doing push-ups or air squats every time you think self limiting thoughts to help reprogram your subconscious mind. In clinic we use to teach, snapping yourself with an elastic band on your wrist, but I feel that is negative reinforcement, not positive. I rather your brain to associate with a positive and strong suggestion.

2-You have to become obsessed with finding your focus and asking yourself:

What is my focus? (if its something "bad" then change the focus immediately)
What am I focusing on to have these negative thoughts? (observe your thoughts objectively)
How does this focus make me feel? (Agian if you feel like crap... change your focus immediately)

 SOLUTION:

1️⃣IF your focus is currently making you feel like crap, sad etc...it's time to have a tough conversation with yourself and ask yourself what are my wins today? As small as they may be... acknowledge your wins.

2️⃣Demand absolute control over your thoughts and ask yourself; where are you missing out today?Where have you been making excuses or having a victim mindset instead of chasing discomfort and doing things that will propel you forward?

3️⃣Lastly, focus on your own life, the life that you WANT and 🛑 STOP consuming other peoples lives and wishing that it was your life.
