Recharge The Human Battery
What if I told you that your body sees light the same way it sees food?
When you eat food, your mitochondria don't see carbohydrates, fats and proteins. The whole purpose of eating is to extract electrons from macronutrients so that those electrons can enter the electron transport chain and support ATP production in mitochondria.
So anywhere that you get electrons is food, technically.
This includes light. When specific wavelengths hit your skin, electrons enter your body and fuel the same ATP production that food does. According to Dr. Alexis Cowan and Dr. Lyon, your body “eats” light too, and uses it as nourishment to support energy production, recovery, and even skin health.
This is why I've made red light therapy a non-negotiable daily routine in my health optimization and cancer healing protocol —not just for muscle recovery, reduced inflammation, improved moods, speed, recovery, sleep optimization etc.. but for the cellular energy that drives everything from healing to confidence.
Red light (630nm) and near-infrared (850nm) wavelengths penetrate into tissue, enhancing mitochondrial function and increasing ATP production. More cellular energy means faster recovery, reduced inflammation, and yes—skin that reflects your inner vitality.
