As a health & wellness expert for women, I specialize in Integrative Fitness-Health Coaching/Nutritional Psychology & Couns. Psychology which addresses the whole person and your experiences. There is an strong emphasis on our innate capacity to become our best “self-healer.” In my practice & coaching, there is a emphasis on thought management, self-care, mindfulness, & self preservation habits to encourage a TRUE mind & body transformation, and healing from any condition or afflictions.

Individualized Action Plans include a combination of exercise protocols, holistic nutritional protocols, supplements, cognitive restructuring, exploring emotions, unlearning habits /behaviours, accepting feelings, journaling, meditations, self-care tasks, acknowledging skills, values & abilities, and learning that we can choose what we want to learn to help one’s overall emotional wellness, performance and aesthetics goals (if that is your choice).
We will practice life together…I will teach you how to be more resilient & assertive skills and help you focus on “unlearning” old behaviours and thoughts patterns that no longer serve you. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and many years of clinical experience specializing in Gender, Youth/ Parent Counselling, Anxiety, Chronic Pain/ Rehab, Life-Work Balance and Eating Psychology. My clinical background is in Psychology, which stems from combining Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Modification, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) into my coaching.

I bring awareness and psychology to struggling women who have had a long-standing negative experience with aesthetic based fitness issues: compulsive exercise, chronic dieting, body image issues, binge eating, disorder eating patterns, low self-esteem, anxiety, fitness anxiety, & lack of assertiveness & confidence in life to make changes.

From a very human perspective, I teach women how to “show up” in the midst of adversity and cultivate resiliency in one’s life. In doing so, I provide women with easy strategies to recharge from stress, negativity, self-sabotage, and unhelpful thinking to create new story.

Gaining resiliency is a practice, not a personality trait! Resiliency training is a dynamic process that involves learning to positively adapt to difficult thoughts, experiences and situations over time. Resiliency is a skill that can be learned and developed throughout your journey.
